Andy waved his magic wand and made an old photo that had been scanned, scanned and was in a poor state come to life. Sentimental value cannot be understated, especially when it comes to memories attached to images. Thanks Andy for helping me retain the memories of this far off day from my youth. Recommended.

Another picture rescued by Andy! A model portrait that I really liked. The problem was the model's hand in her hair - which just didn't look right, plus harsh light and shadows on her arm that looked awful. A brief email to Andy, and within twenty four hours, problems solved with a perfect edit! Andy was also very polite and informative in his emails - which helped a lot.

I'd taken a portrait in very poor light, that was nowhere near being technically perfect. I loved the composition and the model's pose - but her arms had prominent goosebumps from bravely wearing a summer dress on a cold day. The picture had irritating dark patches and blown out bits. It was way beyond my Photoshop skills to remedy.

So I emailed Andy about it and sent him the file. He replied extremely quickly and was courteous and informative. Then, after twenty four hours, he delivered my portrait back to me - and he'd fixed it, really nicely. The flaws had all disappeared but the picture still looked natural, it looked unedited. I'm very grateful. Highly recommended.
